What we collect on this site: server logs (IP, user agent, page requested) for security and aggregate traffic. No advertising trackers. No third-party analytics that build cross-site profiles. We may add GA4 in the future for aggregate site analytics; if we do, we will say so on this page and respect Do Not Track.
What we collect when you email us: your email address, name if you give it, and the contents of the message. We use it to respond. We do not put it in a marketing automation flow.
What we collect inside the product: aggregated marketing performance only. Spend, conversions, ROAS, channel attribution, pipeline value. PII is filtered at the source before our agent sees it. Customer records, contact lists, and audience exports stay where you put them.
Where data lives: US (Vercel, Neon, Upstash US regions) by default. EU residency available at Enterprise.
Model training: your prompts and responses are never used to train AI. Zero retention from Anthropic. Contractually enforced.
Your rights under GDPR / CCPA: access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Email info@innovativegroup.io and we respond within 30 days.
Children's data: the product is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Updates to this policy: material changes get 30 days notice. If we add a sub-processor, you get 30 days notice and the right to object.
